Process / Method

Pipal leaves have been used for writing in India even before the invention of paper. More than 2000 Years ago, Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism, sat under a tree of Pipal (Peepal) Leaves when he became enlightened. Ever since then, it has been also known as Bodhi tree. The Pipal leaves are dried & chlorophyll film is removed through a confidential process. They are then dried, leaving behind a bony structure. Since these are skeletal, these painted leaves last for Generations together!!
